These are challenging times for everyone, and we are doing our part to help ensure the spread of the virus is limited, while also maintaining our high standard of operations and service.
We are fully staffed and working remotely to prevent any chance of infection between our team members. Each of our team members is following local ordinances and staying in isolation as much as possible.
We have all of our staff available and able to respond to your needs at full capacity. We have also been following up closely with our hosting partners to ensure they have plans in place, and they do. All websites and applications are backed up nightly in multiple locations and with backups stored going back a minimum of 2 weeks. Our hosting partners are also limiting their operations to critical staff, with many of their support and IT professionals working remotely, and enforcing physical distancing for those needed on locations to keep their workforce healthy and data centers fully operational.
This is a rapidly changing situation that we are constantly monitoring. We are continuing to take guidance from government and health officials, and we will adapt our efforts and responses as needed.
